Remote Online Notarization launching in 2026
For signers anywhere in Texas, or out-of-state signers whose documents are executed under Texas law, we'll be launching Remote Online Notarization in 2026. Some documents, notably Texas wills and codicils, are not eligible for RON under Texas law and remain in-person only.
